A full review and implementation plan of all regulatory obligations was conducted and completed for selling of business to clients, to ensure complete compliance and legal standing. This ensured the company in this business case was adhering to all FCA and PRA requirements to trade effectively in the marketplace.

Global Insurance Company

Use of RPA and automation to deliver lean processing

Delivery of a fully automated End-to-End process for Claims processing of a Global Insurance Company for their personal and commercial lines customers. The new implemented process allowed for an increase in speed of payment processing and improved the accuracy of the Claims Management.
